Studies have shown that it takes three to six months for us to properly integrate new behaviours into our lifestyle and to feel real benefits. For this reason, longer programmes are more exciting and transformative, however shorter packages are available. Have a look at the brief summary below:
ONE-MONTH PACKAGE
This option is ideal for anyone who wants to try out holistic health coaching without committing to a longer package (though extended programmes are offered at lower rates).
The one-month package begins with an initial kick-start consultation where I learn your health history, past dieting experiences and current relationships with food, exercise, work, sleep and stress. We’ll then identify your main wellness goals and choose one or two to work on over this period.
What’s included:
- 1 x initial 60-minute consultation
- 3 x 60-minute weekly follow-up sessions, held in person or via Skype
- Email support between sessions
- Handouts specific to your needs and goals

THREE-MONTH PACKAGE
Tired of trying to feel better, be better, look better? Fed up with “never succeeding”? This is a fantastic programme for anyone who is serious about their health goals and is willing to commit to six sessions over a period of 12 weeks.
We’ll begin with a kick-start session so that I can learn your health history and understand your lifestyle, desires and food, stress, sleep, exercise or other wellness challenges. Together, we’ll identify your main health goals and formulate simple, fun, effective strategies that meet your individual needs.
What’s included:
- 1 x initial 60-minute consultation
- 5 x 60-minute follow-up sessions (two per month), held in person or via Skype. Weekly sessions are also an option and will expand the number of areas we can work on.
- Email support between sessions
- Handouts specific to your needs and goals
- Simple healthy recipes to enrich your relationship with food
- The option of exchanging one follow-up session for a BodyTalk session or Reiki treatment. Keen? Get in touch.
SIX-MONTH PACKAGE
This is the most effective holistic health coaching programme to transform your life! We will meet 12 times over the course of six months to work intensely on your goals. An initial kick-start consultation will allow me to explore your health history, past dieting experiences and current relationships with food, exercise, sleep, work and stress. From there we will define and prioritise your health goals, and come up with nutritional, physical, emotional and spiritual strategies to help you achieve success. This programme allows you to really dig deep and gain a greater understanding of your mind and body. It’s empowering, liberating and exciting!
What’s included:
- 1 x initial 60-minute consultation
- 11 x 60-minute follow-up sessions (two per month), held in person or via Skype. Weekly sessions are also an option and will expand the number of areas we work on.
- Email support between sessions
- Handouts specific to your needs and goals
- Simple healthy recipes to enrich your relationship with food
- The option of including BodyTalk sessions and Reiki treatments in your programme

REIKI TREATMENTS
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive form of touch therapy that helps to remove energy blockages in the body so that natural healing can take place. It is useful for boosting the immune system, easing emotional hurt and reducing physical pain. It’s also fantastic for helping clients cope with stress and can improve one’s vitality. I find Reiki a wonderful modality and use it regularly – along with other techniques such as breathing and mindfulness – in my practice.
BODYTALK BALANCES
BodyTalk is an incredibly effective “whole-person” healthcare system that stimulates the body’s innate healing ability and helps to promote balance and harmony on all levels. It is based on proven principles of energy medicine, and seeks to uncover the root cause of imbalances in the body and mind, rather than focusing on symptoms alone. Techniques are safe and simple and clients often report a reduction in stress levels and significant improvements in their overall (physical, mental and emotional) wellbeing.

PANTRY MAKEOVER
Want to know what foods at home could be hindering your health goals? During a one-hour pantry makeover, we’ll go through your food supplies together, and look at what is helpful and what is harmful (often the worst offenders are those that carry the most “health food” labels!). I’ll suggest substitutes along the way and also teach you how to read nutrition labels and ingredient lists so that you can shop with greater awareness going forward.
